Community involvement is at the heart of what we do. Through donations and partnerships, we’re honored to support nonprofit organizations and charitable causes.

If you would like to submit a request and/or proposal regarding your organization, program, or event, please fill out the application below. Only online applications will be accepted.

Due to the high volume of requests, only fully completed applications will be reviewed. Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses will respond within 4 weeks, ONLY if the application is approved. If you do not receive a response, unfortunately, we are not able to participate with your request at this time.
