CHOOSE YOUR OWN KIND OF COZY!
YOU DESERVE CHOICES THAT FIT YOUR IDEA OF STYLISH LIVING
BIG OR SMALL, VIBRANT OR PASTEL—everyone’s tastes are different and everyone has a different idea of what cozy looks and feels like. Thank goodness there are furniture choices that speak to all and that reflect how you live.
For many, sinkability is the key – you want a sofa or chair that envelopes you when you snuggle in. Don’t skimp on deep seating, fluffy pillows, and soft new fabrics like chenille. Look for a cloud-like sofa or sectional with a low profile and oversized cushions, then layer on the throw pillows.
Contemporary/modern styles also speak to many people. Look for clean, sleek lines, contrast welting, crisp tailoring, and wing chairs with graceful curves. At the other end of the spectrum is a vintage look that brings to mind an old English manor. Look for tufted backs, detailed topstitching, rolled arms and nailhead accents.
Ease of use also ups the cozy factor. Look for reversible seat and back cushions and performance fabrics for easy cleanability. Modular sectionals and moveable ottomans offer flexibility and make it easy to create a configuration that works for your space. Or perhaps color, pattern and texture makes the cozy for you. Bold jewel tones to serene neutrals; stripes, scripts, and solids; smooth leather to fuzzy chenille. The range of choices is amazing!
